Lane Eddington my very good bud, wrote me one day and said "we should write a song!" . I said " what should we write about?". She said" how about a girl who is looking for love everywhere and it's right there all the time." And "Lane" was born about 40 minutes later. I wrote it and tracked in on my laptop.

When Marconi asked me to bring a song over to do I picked this song because it's one of my favorites!
